In compliance with the Affordable Care Act (ACA), Larimore Public School District #44 provides Form 1095-C, which contains information about your health coverage for the 2025 tax year. 

Availability:
Due to recent legislation (Paperwork Burden Reduction Act), we are not required to mail this form to all employees. Instead, you can request a copy or access it electronically if you previously consented.
